Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- Be returned with all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To process a claim, we may require clear photo or video evidence showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
