Everything you need to know before ordering.

We offer a 14-day return and refund policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with approximately 80% of orders processed during this timeframe.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4–6 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.
Please note that processing and shipping times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days (processing + shipping).
A detailed size chart is provided on every product page to help you find the best fit. Since sizing may vary slightly between different styles and garments, we recommend checking the size chart for the specific item you're interested in before placing your order.
